1. Introduction

Welcome to playtopay.io ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the playtopay.iowebsite and services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through playtopay.io (the "Platform").

By registering an account or using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Platform.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content you upload.
• Your content does not violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights of any person.
• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Content: The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our Platform:

• Adult Content: Any sexually explicit or pornographic material is strictly prohibited.
• Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
• Content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or harassing.
• Content that promotes illegal activities or infringes on the legal rights of others.
• Content that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Spam or content designed primarily for commercial advertising.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

4. Earnings and Payments

playtopay.io offers a revenue-sharing program where users can earn money based on the number of views their content receives. The current rate is $1 for every 1,000 qualified views.

Qualified Views: A view is counted when a viewer watches at least 30 seconds of your video. We employ measures to detect and filter out fraudulent views, including automated views, self-views, and other artificial view inflation methods.

Payment Terms:

• The minimum payout threshold is $10.
• Payments are processed within 3-5 business days after a withdrawal request is submitted.
• Available payment methods include Indonesian bank accounts, Indonesian e-wallets, and cryptocurrency for global users.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify the earnings rate and payment terms at any time with notice to users.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Platform. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Platform and our business.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by playtopay.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, any legal action shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

7. User Conduct

As a condition of your use of the Platform, you agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and to not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way prohibited by these Terms. You are solely responsible for all acts and omissions that occur under your account. You specifically agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information and represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.
• You will maintain the security of your password and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will not use another user’s account without authorization.
• You will not engage in any form of harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior.
• You will not use automated means (e.g., robots, crawlers, data mining tools) to access, monitor, or download data from the Platform.
• You will not upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other harmful computer code, files, or programs.
• You will not interfere with the Platform’s security features, impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or its content.
• You will adhere to our Content Guidelines (see Section 3) when submitting any content.

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the Platform. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, including reporting unlawful conduct to law enforcement, for any breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, playtopay.io and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
